Joseph Aleshkovsky
was born in 1929 in Krasnoyarsk (Siberia). A prose writer, an author of books for children, screenplays and several songs ("Comrade Stalin, you are a Great Scientist"). In 1978 Yuz Aleshkovsky emigrated to the United States of America.
